Rainbow Street Touristic outlook

Summary
a Project located just beneath Rainbow Street, First cirlce, amman. as part of our touristic facilities Design subject; our aim and goal was to create a touristic facility that suits the nature of Jabal Amman, a very international area in the Capital Amman full of expats and exchange students.
this design in particular went through many phases of experimentations and trials, i wasn't very satisfied with the overall output of this project however alot if not most lessons were learned from this project.
my first step in this project was quite a unique one as i pitched an open for all acitivity on the faculity's campus, the acitivity was aimed at the students expressing what they think of jabal amman and how they expierience it in an attempt to try and imitate those feelings and expressions into my project.
as to for how the activity was carried out i have 3d modelled the macro map around the site's location and then proceeded into making it a 3D contour model.
on this model's empty plots of of land the students were required to do an artwork that expressed their feelings of jabal amman with whatever meduim they saw fitting.
i provided water colors, cardboard, acrylic, sylicon, different physical materials and anything else that comes to mind from the architectural material shop, i would say that the results were quite amazing and outstanding from all the students, some students chose to do origami while otheres decided to go for colourful expression, provided below are some example's of those students works.
after this acitivity i collected a soild idea of what '' vibe '' the students saw in jabal amman and tried to channel that into my design concept.
i then proceed with the site analysis which was challenging because the site was baiscally a heavly inclined slippery slope in which i dissected using grasshoper parametric techinque of gruadualty and attractor points that were the main axis of the site.
from those attractor points and the generated grid the building emerged as 4 zones: a Spa and wellness center, an underground museum with an above ground emphasis, a small reception area and residences that were scattered on the lower chunck of the site's topography.
this was one my first fully custom made parametric structures which was very challenging to do as it was errupting from the grid points of the attractor parameters and at the same time changing in elevation in every direction.
