Hause Emmert

Summary

a single family home located in hamburg with an outstanding view on the sea side, Mr and Mrs Emmert wanted to leave their old home as their children have grown up and were looking to design a new space for themselves that was modern yet humble.

the intended construction method was pre-fabricated hosuing which is very common in germany.

with ANSSP architects we came up with a design that catered for the functional needs for the couple among side fun spaces such as the guest area and the beautiful outdoor backyard.

for the sea side viewing expierience we prepared the roof top to accomdate this activity enclousred with the beautiful trees surrounding the area.
