Bushnaq Residence Rennovation

This was my first rennovation Project; Mr.bushnaq wanted to rennovate his appartment's terrace as it had many issues with water leakage and he wasn't satisfied with the orginal design.

the rennovation proccess had to undergo different phases as many elements were at play, these elements were  a waterfall  , a fence , pool area , tiling , bangalo and new custom BBQ kitchen area. 

the primary step in the design was the fencing and the waterfall, for the fencing after many proposals the client landed his choice on this parametric wooden fence which gave birth to the wooden canopy that extended from it as a whole element, the parametric approach was extended for the waterfall as well as it followed a monderian pattern and was materialized with a stone finish that was fixiated mechanically. 

the tiling of the terrace was re-done after applying proper insulation and adequate water inclination percentages, to finilaize the deisgn the client asked for a custom made kitchen in which was a very unique expierience, the kitchen extended underneath the canopy with an L shape which gave it a comfortable shaded working space, the kitchen's location also acted as a space seperator dividing the terrace into two, blue marble tiles were selected as a highlight of this design standing out as an off-color scheme element.
